Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to High Hand™, its website, accounts, virtual currency, purchases and related services operated by Cruxeon LLC.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using High Hand, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
2. Entertainment service—no real-money gambling
High Hand is an entertainment strategy card game. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash wagering, cash prizes or redeemable virtual currency. Gameplay outcomes and virtual coins do not create any right to money, property or prizes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, share or create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate rewards or abuse promotions.
4. Limited licence
Subject to these Terms, Cruxeon grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use High Hand for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
5. Virtual coins and digital items
Virtual coins and digital items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, traded outside High Hand or transferred between users unless we expressly enable a feature. We may correct balances affected by errors, fraud, chargebacks, duplicate grants or unauthorised activity.
6. Purchases, prices and refunds
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms, taxes and refund rules. Prices and coin quantities may vary by territory, promotion or store. Unless required by law or the store’s policies, digital goods are not refundable after delivery. A refunded, reversed or fraudulent purchase may result in removal of associated coins or entitlements.
7. Premium and advertising
Premium is intended to remove High Hand advertising permanently for the eligible account after verified cumulative qualifying purchases meet the threshold shown in the app. Premium does not remove third-party content outside High Hand or guarantee that every promotional or informational message will be suppressed.
8. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit defects, reverse engineer the service, manipulate leaderboards, interfere with other users, submit offensive profile content, commit purchase fraud, impersonate others, distribute malicious code or use High Hand unlawfully. Our Fair Play & Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and warn, restrict, suspend, reset records, remove virtual items or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or platform integrity. Serious fraud, security threats or illegal conduct may be reported to relevant providers or authorities.
10. Updates, availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features, tables, characters, rewards, prices or the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every statistic, compatibility with every device or continued availability of a particular feature.
11. Intellectual property
High Hand, its code, artwork, characters, music, text, trademarks, designs and service elements are owned by or licensed to Cruxeon. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Hand is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruxeon and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of virtual items arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
