Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cruxeon LLC (“Cruxeon”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use High Hand™, the High Hand website, related support services and future official mobile releases.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, hashed authentication credentials, display name, selected avatar, country selection and optional player tagline.
- Gameplay and account records: virtual coin balance, table progress, gameplay statistics, achievements, Royal Run status, leaderboard entries, daily reward status and related account history.
- Purchase information: product identifier, store, purchase token or transaction identifier, verification status, qualifying spend and virtual goods granted. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Technical and diagnostic information: device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, timestamps, error logs, security events and identifiers needed to operate, secure and diagnose the service.
- Advertising information: where advertising is enabled for Basic accounts, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address and ad-interaction information in accordance with Google’s policies and your consent choices.
- Support communications: information you provide when contacting us, including your email address, account identifiers, message content and attachments.
- Website information: standard server logs and cookies strictly necessary to operate and secure the website. Any optional analytics or advertising cookies will be subject to applicable consent requirements.
2. Information we do not request
High Hand is designed not to require precise GPS location, contacts access, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, calendar, Bluetooth or nearby-device access. A future share feature may open the device’s standard share sheet without reading your contacts. If a future feature materially changes these practices, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures before release.
3. How we use information
- Create and authenticate accounts.
- Save your wallet, progression and gameplay records across sessions and devices.
- Verify purchases, grant virtual goods and determine Premium/no-ad eligibility.
- Operate rankings, achievements, Table Master records and Royal Runs.
- Provide support, investigate faults and respond to account or privacy requests.
- Prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, duplicate grants and security incidents.
- Display and measure advertising for eligible Basic accounts.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and platform obligations.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that process it for us, such as hosting and database providers, authentication providers, Google Play Billing, Apple StoreKit, Google Mobile Ads, email/support providers, security and diagnostic providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Purchases and virtual currency
Mobile purchases are processed by the applicable app store. High Hand receives transaction data needed to verify a purchase and grant virtual coins or Premium status. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.
6. Advertising and Premium
Basic accounts may receive banner and interstitial advertising. Premium is intended to permanently remove High Hand advertising after the account reaches the verified cumulative qualifying-purchase threshold displayed in the app. Store verification and server-side entitlement records are used to determine eligibility.
7. Data retention
- Account and gameplay data: retained while the account is active and deleted or de-identified following a valid deletion request, subject to necessary exceptions.
- Purchase, fraud-prevention, tax and accounting records: retained as reasonably necessary to meet legal, audit, dispute and platform obligations, which may be up to seven years.
- Support records: generally retained for up to two years after resolution unless longer retention is necessary.
- Diagnostic logs: generally retained for up to 90 days, unless needed for security, fraud investigation or legal compliance.
- Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion through the in-app account settings when that control is available, or through our public Account & Data Deletion page. We will delete or de-identify data associated with the account except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute or platform-compliance purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
10. Children
High Hand is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us using the details below.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your location. We use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards where required.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect new features, providers, legal requirements or operational changes. We will publish the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
